Data Controller for the contact form is OMV International Services Ges.m.b.H. ("OMV"). The contact details of the data protection officer - Group Data Protection Office, OMV Aktiengesellschaft, Trabrennstraße 6-8, 1020 Vienna; e-mail: privacy@omv.com

The following personal data is processed: First name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, inquiry content. The purpose of data processing is the handling of any customer inquiries via the contact form in the E-Mobility white label app. The response of any inquiry is done either by e-mail or telephone. The data processing is based on legitimate interest in the meaning of Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR for improving OMV´s services. For technical issues, the data may be forwarded to SMATRICS GmbH & Co KG ("SMATRICS") acting as a data processor for answering inquiries on behalf of OMV. 
The data is not stored in the contact form or the app. 

Data subjects have the following rights:

• Right to request access to personal data hence, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning yourself are being processed. 
• Right of rectification or deletion of personal data. 
• Under certain circumstances, data subjects are entitled to object to the processing of data despite the data being accurate and processed upon valid legal grounds. 
• Data Subjects have the right to data portability (meaning, to receive the personal data, which had been provided to OMV, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller).
• When OMV processes data based on consent, data subjects are entitled to withdraw the consent at any time which will prevent OMV from further processing your data based on such consent. The withdrawal does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out prior to withdrawal. 
• Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Data protection supervisory authority (Barichgasse 40, 1030 Vienna).
